THINGS TO
REMEMBER

  1. You MUST collect your
    supervisor's signature every day.
    (you may not come back to the same job on the next day)

     

  2. If you DON'T collected the supervisor's signature, we hold the right to hold your payment until you or our office collects it.

     

  3. DO NOT attempt to falsify your supervisor's signature. 

     

  4. If you forgot to collect or could not collect your supervisor's signature, get in touch with your allocator ASAP. He will get in touch with your supervisor.
